Buying and Selling Rules for Enave.shop

Welcome to Enave.shop, owned and operated by UAB Nave. By using our website and purchasing or selling products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or listing any items for sale.

1. General Terms

1.1 These Buying and Selling Rules (“Rules”) apply to all purchases and sales made through Enave.shop.
1.2 By placing an order or listing a product for sale, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that you agree to these Rules.

2. Buying Rules

2.1 Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of all products. However, we do not guarantee that the information provided is free of errors, and slight variations in color, size, or design may occur.
2.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in Eur and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs will be added at checkout, and any additional fees will be clearly indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
2.3 Placing an Order: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with these Rules. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.
2.4 Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, but merely an acknowledgment that we have received it. Your order is accepted only when we ship the product(s) to you and send a shipping confirmation email.
2.5 Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept payment by bank transfer.

2.6 Delivery: We aim to deliver your products within the estimated delivery time stated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or any other third party.
2.7 Cancellations and Returns:

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product(s). To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team.
• If you wish to return a product, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  2.8 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s) in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

3. Selling Rules

3.1 Eligibility: To sell products on Enave.shop, you must register an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself and the products you wish to sell.
3.2 Product Listings: All product listings must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the product information, including descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels.
3.3 Pricing and Fees: Sellers are free to set their prices for products.
3.4 Order Fulfillment: Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately. Products must be shipped within the timeframe specified in the listing. Sellers must provide tracking information to the buyer once the product is shipped.
3.5 Returns and Refunds: Sellers must accept returns and provide refunds in accordance with these Rules and applicable laws. Sellers are responsible for covering return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect products.
3.6 Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list or sell any products that are illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by our [Prohibited Items Policy]. Enave.shop reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.
3.7 Account Suspension: Enave.shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate any seller account for violations of these Rules or any other policies, without prior notice.

4. Liability

4.1 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase or sale of any products.
4.2 Our liability, and the liability of our suppliers and sellers, is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s).
4.3 Nothing in these Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Governing Law

These Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lithuania
